Expressions such as โDo not worry, sheโs strong enough to handle this.โ and โShe is resilient and requires no protectionโ are familiar to our experiences, yet they are not uniformly accurate. In many instances, women are motivated to demonstrate strength as they believe it is their only option to move forward. However, there is still an underlying need for emotional support โ someone they can reach out to and lean on.
On the occasion of International Women’s Day (March 8th), the โWomen In Businessโ Sub-Committee hosts this event to highlight the experiences of women who shoulder many responsibilities and are compelled to bear huge loads. However, how they adapt and change their perspectives to overcome will offer each of us valuable insights.
On behalf of the Singapore Chamber of Commerce Vietnam (SCCV), we cordially invite you to join us, share your point of view, and participate in the etiquette workshop with an academy expert.
