BINH THUAN INDUSTRIAL PARKS INVESTMENT POTENTIALITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES

Over nearly 25 years of establishment and development, Binh Thuan Industrial Parks Authority has been gradually building and organizing management apparatus to fulfill the assigned tasks; takes the initiative, actively advising and proposing undertakings, policies and solutions to Provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee for investment attraction and industrial zones development. With the motto “Always create the most favorable conditions for investors and accompany enterprises”, the Authority is constantly innovating and enhancing the quality of service and advising process, pushing for reforms in administrative procedures toward effectiveness.

Beginning with only a Phan Thiet Industrial Park with an area of 68 ha being approval by Government in late 1998, to date, the master plan on development of 09 Industrial Parks with a total area of 3.003,43 ha in Binh Thuan province are permitted. Amongst that 06 Industrial zones which have an area of 1.093,43 ha meet the conditions to attract investment; the remaining industrial parks, including: Son My 1 Industrial Park; Tan Duc Industrial Park (300 ha); Son My 2 Industrial Park (540 ha) are in the process of clearance compensation, preparation for infrastructure investment. Besides, infrastructure bottlenecks such as traffic, seaports, airports, etc… have been gradually removed, creating favorable conditions for investors to seek investment opportunities in the province’s industrial parks. In order to better understand industrial zones which are situated in Binh Thuan Province, Binh Thuan Industrial Parks Authority release the documentary namely “INVESTMENT POTENTIALS AND OPPORTUNITIES” for investors and readers who have investment needs.

Hopefully that this documentary will provide basic and necessary information related to open economic policies of Vietnam Government, incentive policies and investment opportunities into Binh Thuan’s Industrial Zones for domestic and foreign enterprises as well as oversea Vietnamese living abroad, from which investors have a suitable production investment plan, contributing to the development of Binh Thuan Province.
