KPMG would like to share our technical update on legal legislation for your reference. Our technical update this time would cover the highlights of the Law on Housing amended which was passed on 27 November 2023 by the National Assembly. Law on Housing, together with Land Law amended and Law on Real Estate amended were promulgated as a part of the government’s solution to resolve legal difficulties, increase integrity of related legislation and facilitate a stable legal environment for real estate businesses.
