[DOIT News] Submitting reports on goods purchase and sale activities and activities related to goods purchase and sale of foreign-invested enterprises.

ThaiCham would like to share with you the announcation from DOIT: Submitting reports on goods purchase and sale activities and activities related to goods purchase and sale of foreign-invested enterprises.

1. Subjects: foreign-invested economic organizations and economic organizations in the cases specified at Points b and c, Clause 1, Article 23 of the Law on Investment (including organizations operating under the transition in Clause 1, Article 50 of Decree No. 09/2018/ND-CP):

– Having its head office in Ho Chi Minh City and conducting goods trading activities and activities directly related to buying and selling goods specified in Clause 1, Article 5 of Decree No. 09/2018/ND-CP ; and/or

– Having a retail establishment in Ho Chi Minh City.

2. Implementation period: before January 31, 2023
3. Reporting method: send by post to Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade – No. 163, Hai Ba Trung Street, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.
