These developments underscore the attractiveness of AMATA’s projects in both the North and South regions, with a consistent track record of successful deals since 2023. Long Thanh benefits from its prime location in the key economic region of Southern Vietnam, offering direct highway access. Conversely, Ha Long attracts investors with tax benefits within the economic zone and its expedited land development process. AMATA’s businesses in Vietnam remain on a steady growth trajectory and are poised for significant expansion in 2024.
