ThaiCham is delighted to extend the invitation to you to attend the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2025. The AGM is an important event for ThaiCham members, as it provides an opportunity to review the ThaiCham activities over the past year, hear our plan in 2025 and network with other members. Furthermore, this meeting will feature the election of a chairman of ThaiCham for the 2025-2027 term.
– Date & Time: 13.30 – 16.00 hours, Wednesday, 26th February 2025

– On-site at: Saigon Prince Hotel, 63 Nguyen Hue Boulevard, Ben Nghe ward, Dist. 1, HCMC
– Online via Zoom (To be updated later)

*Agenda:
13.30 – 14.00: Registration
14.00 – 14.15: Opening speech & Introduction
14.15 – 15.30: Annual General Meeting
15.30 – 16.00: Networking
*Any member with voting rights may authorize any other voting member to attend and vote on its behalf at the meeting by doing proxy form (According to ThaiCham’s charter, Clause 15, Item No. 5).
