"Gunkul Vietnam JSC is a subsidiary office of GUNKUL Engineering Public Company Limited (“GUNKUL”) to manage Renewable Power Plant in Vietnam. Gunkul has total renewable energy capacity of 1,432 MW include 4 solar power plants in Vietnam under operation with capacity 160 MW. GUNKUL is strongly focus to expand our business in renewable energy in Vietnam.

GUNKUL is the leading producer of electricity from renewable energy, including work as both the manufacturer and provider of equipment for power systems. GUNKUL has come a long way as a business and with its ethical development alongside the country, since it was founded in 1982 as an electrical equipment trader. GUNKUL later expanded into manufacturing, EPC business, and filed for IPO in 2010 to grow its renewable generation business. One year later GUNKUL was included in the SET100 index and later included in the calculation of the MSCI Global Standard Indexes.

After filed for IPO in the Stock Exchange of Thailand, GUNKUL expanded its business even faster from 5 companies to 50 companies under GUNKUL Group. Nowadays, GUNKUL is the reliable manufacturer and supplier of over 5,000 electrical equipment and products and becomes a reputable one-stop renewable energy EPC and O&M service provider in Thailand. GUNKUL also has world-class renewable energy projects with a visible and robust pipeline across Asia.

GUNKUL has continuously expanded its business to cover the needs of consumers. For the renewable energy business, it has been extended to wind power plants. Investments have been expanded to foreign countries such as Japan, Malaysia and Vietnam and expanding the customer base to the private sector (Private PPA). In addition, digital disruption is an important factor driving GUNKUL to develop innovations and a comprehensive digital energy platform in order to make a difference in the development of the country's infrastructure and energy sustainability. Recently, in 2021, GUNKUL began expanding its business into the hemp and cannabis business which is a business opportunity from new economic crops to create added value and prepare for the New S-Curve of the business by using GUNKUL's former potential. GUNKUL plans to operate a comprehensive hemp and cannabis business for the health of Thai people which is fundamental to life. GUNKUL plans to grow hemp in the greenhouse system for the highest level of quality control which is expected to be able to produce and gradually recognize income from 2022 onwards.

1. Renewable Energy Business: Solar power plant, wind power plant and provide operation and maintenance services for power plants
2. Engineering and Turnkey Business: Construction of renewable energy power plants, power stations, transmission lines, grounding systems, submarine cable, microgrid system, and energy storage system.
3. High Voltage Equipment Business: Production, procurement and distribution of electrical equipment, energy saving products and alternative energy.
4. Ecosystem Business Platform and Innovation: Ecosystem business and innovation that fosters GUNKUL's business dealings with partners."
