Over the past year, we have been involved in launching several digital tech businesses from scratch. Among them are Deskimo, a platform for booking workspaces on demand; Talent-e, a platform for automating LinkedIn with AI; Aprovia, a platform for conducting background checks; and NextChat, an AI platform designed to assist in providing AI customer service directly from website content. Drawing from this experience, we will discuss the key steps we would take to kickstart a successful digital business. This involves identifying opportunities, building and creating initial prototypes, launching into the market, and beginning to generate sales.
