On 2/6/2023, the State Bank of Vietnam issued a Decision to convert Saigon-Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank One Member Liability Limited Company to Saigon - Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank Finance Company.
SHBFinance has the charter capital equivalent to VND 1,000 billion, of which Saigon – Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB) owns 50% and Ayudhya Public Bank Limited (Krungsri) of Thailand 50%.
