Binh Thuan Solar Power Investment JSC was established on 27 Jul 2017 in Binh Thuan Province (now under Lam Dong Province), whose principal shareholder is Green Tech Ventures Public Company Limited, one of the leading corporations based in Thailand.

The company owns the Song Luy 1 solar power project, which achieved Commercial Operation Date (COD) in May 2019. The total capacity is 39 MW.
